Assoc. Prof. Dr. Moravenov is a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

He has over 25 years of experience in the fields of finance and investments, real estate, and capital markets. Moravenov is also a professional member of RICS (the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). Prior to joining the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, he held several senior management positions in institutions and non-governmental organizations operating in the Bulgarian capital and investment markets.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Manyu Moravenov is a long-time lecturer in finance, business, and entrepreneurship. He holds a PhD in Finance, Credit, and Insurance from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, and a Master’s degree in Economics and Informatics from the University of National and World Economy in Bulgaria.
