Madlena has been a key driver in the large-scale migration of tbi bank’s core banking system. Over the past two years, she has also shared her experience with future talent as a lecturer at dataXperience, the joint academy of the bank and UNWE.

Her professional background includes solid leadership experience in the banking sector, as well as managing IT projects related to bank mergers and customer data migrations.
