Alexander has close to 20 years of M&A and corporate finance experience and is in charge of the strategy, structured finance and transaction activities of SUNOTEC.

He joined from Deloitte where he led the financial advisory team in Bulgaria in M&A, restructuring, private equity and capital raising transactions.

Alexander has significant renewable industry experience and has been part of multiple financings of PV, standalone BESS and hybrid projects. He is board member of SolarPower Europe and influential speaker at multiple sector events.
