Alexander Nutsov is a policy development and advocacy specialist focused on designing and implementing smart reforms to improve the business environment. As Executive Director of BESCO, he works to strengthen the dialogue between businesses and institutions and to advance policy solutions that support entrepreneurship and economic growth.

He holds a Master’s degree in Peace Research and International Politics from the University of Tübingen, Germany, and has previous experience in public affairs and political analysis.

He has completed specialized programs such as the Advocacy Academy (BESCO and American University in Bulgaria) and the Bulgarian School of Politics “Dimi Panitza.”

BESCO unites over 1,000 companies and works toward improving the business environment and societal well-being through effective policy solutions.
